Shipping & Delivery Times

• Standard Canadian Inventory: All items dispatched directly from our local Canadian fulfillment facility are promptly processed and delivered straight to your doorstep within 3–7 business days.

• Personalized & International Warehouses: For custom, personalized items or specialty products shipped directly from our partnering US or UK warehouses, we utilize Canada Post’s Priority Service. These premium shipments typically arrive within 6–10 business days.

Please Note: While we do everything we can to ensure speedy delivery, unexpected customs delays or unforeseen shipping carrier overloads may occasionally cause delivery times to extend up to 2–3 weeks. We highly appreciate your patience and understanding during these rare situations.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We run a highly automated fulfillment system to ensure your pet gets their bed without delay. Because of this:

• Cancellations or order modifications are only permitted within 2 days (48 hours) of placing your order.

• Once an order has been processed or officially dispatched from our facility, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
